Cosmetic dentistry, the conservative way.

Cosmetic dentistry at KoLa isn't about selling you a new smile — it's about getting you to the smile you want with the least dentistry that genuinely achieves it. We're an independent, doctor-owned practice, so the dentist recommending your treatment is the one accountable for it, and our fee ranges are published right here.

Which treatment is right for you?

A useful rule of thumb: bonding fixes small, targeted flaws in one visit; veneers transform several front teeth for a decade or more; whitening is the fastest change if shape is already fine; and Invisalign is the answer when alignment — not the teeth themselves — is what bothers you. Many smiles combine two: whitening first, then bonding matched to the new shade. At your consultation we'll show you what each option would look like for your teeth and price each path in writing — then let you decide without pressure.

Why patients choose an independent practice for cosmetic work

Cosmetic dentistry rewards judgment and restraint. Since 1945, our approach has been conservative first: preserve enamel, start reversible where possible, and never recommend a veneer where bonding would do. You'll see the same two dentists at every visit — Dr. Kohlman and Dr. Lalezari own the practice — and your quote comes from our published fee ranges, not a sales script.

Frequently asked questions

Cosmetic dentistry covers treatments whose primary goal is appearance: bonding, veneers, whitening, Invisalign, and cosmetic crown work. Many treatments do double duty — a crown or bonding that repairs a broken tooth is restorative and improves appearance, and insurance often helps when there's a structural reason.
Bonding suits smaller, targeted repairs — a chipped edge, one discolored tooth, a modest gap — done in one visit at $250–$800 per tooth. Veneers suit a longer-lasting transformation of several front teeth at $1,200–$1,750 per tooth. Nothing about starting with bonding closes the veneer door later; we recommend the most conservative option that meets your goals.
It depends on the treatment: Zoom take-home whitening typically $200–$400, bonding $250–$800 per tooth, veneers $1,200–$1,750 per tooth, and Invisalign $3,500–$6,000 depending on a variety of factors. These are our published office fee ranges — you get an exact written price at your consultation, and monthly financing is available.
Purely cosmetic treatment usually isn't covered. But when a treatment also repairs damage — bonding a chipped tooth, crowning a cracked one — many of the plans we work with contribute. We verify your benefits free and tell you honestly which parts insurance can help with before you decide.
Book a visit — new patients without insurance pay $99 for the exam and all needed X-rays (D0150, D0330, D0210 — regularly $430 at our office fees), which is the natural first step before any cosmetic planning. You'll leave with an honest assessment and written prices for any option you're curious about. Full offer terms on our New Patients page.
