No — checking your eligibility with Cherry uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. Only if you choose to accept a financing offer will a hard inquiry be made.
Cherry can be used for any dental treatment at our office — from routine care to cosmetic procedures, crowns, implants, and more. There is no minimum treatment amount required.

For treatment paid directly to our office, yes in most cases — dental care is generally an HSA/FSA-eligible expense, and your HSA or FSA debit card works here like any other debit card. (Purely cosmetic treatments such as whitening are typically not eligible — check your plan.) Cherry works differently: Cherry doesn't accept HSA or FSA cards directly, but you can pay your Cherry installments with a regular debit card and submit the receipt from your Cherry account — or the monthly statement it generates before each due date — to your HSA or FSA provider for reimbursement. Approval is at your provider's discretion.
Yes — new patients paying cash get their first exam and all needed X-rays for $99* (regularly $430 at our office fees). From there, we publish real fee ranges on every treatment page and give you an exact written price before treatment, with Cherry or CareCredit monthly payments available for anything larger. The $99 offer is for new patients without dental insurance and may not be combined with any benefit plan — full terms on our New Patients page.
