What to expect when you arrive

Your first visit is all about getting to know you and understanding your dental health goals. Plan for about 60–90 minutes for a comprehensive new patient exam.

Frequently asked questions

Most patients benefit from a professional cleaning every 6 months. Patients with gum disease or higher risk of cavities may need to come in every 3–4 months. We'll recommend the frequency that's right for you.
Yes! We welcome patients of all ages. We recommend children have their first dental visit by age 1 or when their first tooth appears, whichever comes first.
We understand dental anxiety is very common and take it seriously. Our entire team is trained to help anxious patients feel comfortable. We encourage you to share your concerns with us — we'll go at your pace and explain everything as we go.
Yes — we do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day appointments for dental emergencies. Call us at 512-472-5633 as early in the day as possible and we will do everything we can to see you quickly.
We accept most major dental insurance plans. We encourage you to call our office so we can verify your specific plan and benefits before your appointment. We also offer flexible financing through Cherry for patients without insurance.
